NFL Matchups and Predictions

This NFL week presents a wide variety of match ups.. this is my preview and predictions..

Green Bay @ Detroit

This match up seems like a huge mismatch and I see a closer game than many of the experts are predicting. The Lions defense is nowhere near as bad as they showed last week and I think the Lions offense will score some touchdowns on the Packer D. I see Aaron Rodgers playing a conservative game and keeping the Lions in the game.

My Prediction: 24-21 Packers

New Orleans @ Washington

This match up can end up with so many outcomes that I really don't know what to say. I can see Drew Brees having a huge game vs this Washington defense and expect one big run from Reggie Bush. Jason Campbell will have a comeback game but will come up short on a last second drive..

My Prediction: 28-21 New Orleans

Oakland @ Kansas City

A game of two horrible teams which will end up being one of the most competitive games of the week. The Raider defense will have a comeback game and surprise a lot of people after last week. Expect Jamarcus Russell to have a frustrating game but will come through in the end..

My Prediction: 14-10 Raiders

Chicago @ Carolina

Hmmm, with the Bears coming off a huge win against the Colts and the Panthers coming off a win vs the Chargers, expect a defensive struggle here. The game should be close but I see the Bears dominating with a strong defense and a surprise showing by Kyle Orton. The Defense will set up a lot of the Bears offense. The Panthers secondary is looking weak after Rivers toasted them last week..

My Prediction: 23- 6 Bears

New York (NYG) @ St. Louis

Some people are picking upset this week but I don't see. The Rams are bad. That's all that is there.

Buffalo @ Jacksonville

This is a hard game to predict since the Jaguars are suppose to be Superbowl contenders and the Bills are predicted as a playoff team as well. So, I see a real close defensive battle but it will end in a two score game..

My Prediction: 20-7 Jaguars

Indianapolis @ Minnesota

I give the Colts the advantage in this game but I could see Adrian Peterson rushing for 200 yards..

Tennessee @ Cincinnati

This is a real good match up. Watch out for Carson Palmer to have a huge game..

Atlanta @ Tampa Bay

The Falcons are coming off a huge win in their opener but they will lose big time here...

San Francisco @ Seattle

I give Seattle the advantage here but expect San Francisco to hang tight with a weak defensive performance by Seattle..

San Diego @ Denver

I expect the Chargers to fight back hard and destroy the Broncos in this game. Many experts are falling in love with Denver but I don't see it. Watch out for LT and Philip Rivers to just dominate the Broncos front 4 and secondary while the Chargers D will score some points from some Denver turnovers..

My Prediction: 38-7 Chargers

New England @ New York (NYJ)

Many people are predicting the Jets to win this game without Brady in the line-up. I see the Patriots D having a huge day and Mr. Favre crawling back to his mommy after getting smacked.

Miami @ Arizona

What a boring match up. It is so boring, i just don't want to write anymore.

Pittsburgh @ Cleveland

What a fun match up. I just don't believe in this Cleveland team. They are just gonna get rocked so hard by the Steelers D that it will be like splitting the atom and causing a black hole..

T.0. vs the Eagles again.. I see a good game here and a lot of fireworks. Bring the popcorn :)

Well, the large hard-on collider.. oops.. hadron collider is going to be turned on within the hour. Human existence will end and the universe will be swallowed into a black hole. I would just like to say that this world brought us many goods things and bad things and it was nice while it lasted. Have a nice rest of your lives! :(


UPDATEEE: Doomsday will happen sometime in the next month when they do the first collision so everyone do everything they ever wanted to do.. a BLACK HOLE IS COMING!

NFL Tonight!

The NFL season opens up tonight with the New York Giants and Washington Redskins. I do not want to go into too much detail about the game since I do not like either team. I will just say that I believe the Giants will win this game. Not because of their defense, but rather their special teams and Offense. Their defense will struggle a bit at the beginning of the game but I believe they will settle in. Final score: 28-14.
